How do I Book an appointment?

I schedule around my clients’ needs, and some weekend availability is offered. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by phone prior to booking. If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule a session time and begin your journey to your best self.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

To reserve your appointment time, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your session fee at the time of your appointment.
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily on the table. You remain fully dressed for the entire session.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no set timeline.
I generally suggest 3–5 sessions to get a clear sense of how your system responds and whether this work feels supportive for you. Many people continue with BCST as part of their ongoing wellness and nervous‑system care.

How long is a session?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
