Gentle and non-invasive
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, often called BCST, is a light touch, non-invasive modality that supports the body’s natural ability to settle, reorganize, and move toward balance. It requires minimal contact, and is performed on a massage table while the client is fully clothed.
As a practitioner, I utilize stillness, light-touch, and at times, a dialogue with the client to support the system's inherent health and well-being. In a BCST session, the whole being is addressed, especially the nervous system, which dictates the body's functioning as it is constantly sending and receiving information.
By supporting the body's self-healing mechanisms and restoring nervous system balance, BCST is an effective way to address various issues, such as:
• Trauma - Emotional, Mental, and Physical Resolution
• Accident and Injury Recovery
• Mental/Emotional Health - Anxiety, Depression, PTSD
• Physical Pain - Chronic Pain, Digestive Disorders, Headaches/Migraines, TMJ
• Womens Health and Postpartum
While BCST doesn't change the fact that difficult things happen in life, it does change the way difficulties are met and addressed without depleting the body as a whole.
What a Session Is Like
Each person is a unique expression of Life Force with their own story, on their own journey. Sessions are as unique and personal as you are—no two are the same.
• Sessions last about 60 minutes, perhaps longer.
• You are fully clothed on a massage table with pillows and supports as needed for comfort.
• Time is given for me to respectfully connect with the inherent wisdom and health of your body through gentle touch.
• Energetic shifts begin as your body, in its intelligent way, releases stuck patterns, emotional residue, tension, stress, and pain at its own pace.
• Something good or insightful most always happens. Sometimes subtle, sometimes a major "aha" shift.
• After the session has been completed, the system continues with releasing and integrating for a few days.
• No set timeline; I suggest 3–5 sessions to experience and decide if BCST is right for you.
• Sessions are conducted in trust and sacred space.
Beneficial for releasing trauma patterns, supporting "healing" processes, maintaining personal health, and promoting wholeness.
