Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and are conducted fully clothed.
Each session is guided by your body’s innate intelligence, allowing release, integration, and nervous‑system support.

5 Session Package

$750

A savings of $10 per session.
Payment for packages is made before your first appointment.
Ideal for ongoing support, deeper regulation, and continued wellness care.

I am also a licensed massage therapist (LMT‑200000) and may integrate massage for BCST clients if we agree it would benefit your system. This can be discussed as your sessions progress.
