About Marcie Walmsley

I am a person filled with curiosity, respect, and awe for life as it presents itself daily. Since childhood, I have been drawn to nature and interested in how I fit within it and how I can work with it to help sustain it.

Life has presented me with many experiences — physical, mental, emotional, etheric, and spiritual. Looking back, it is clear that I was being led, guided, and equipped for the work I now do in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST).

My Path Into This work

My own experiences with trauma and abuse were an important part of what brought me to this practice. In 2014, massage therapy restored my physical well‑being, and that path naturally continued into BCST, which supported my emotional and mental well‑being.

BCST allowed my system, at its own pace, to release stored pain and tension. It helped me reconnect with joy and regain a sense of control in my life. Difficult things still happen, but the way I meet them has changed. I feel more capable of addressing challenges without depleting myself.

What I Believe

I believe each of us is a sacred, unique energetic being. Our nature is to participate in life and experience joy, purpose, and well‑being. When events interrupt that flow, life can feel heavy, unmanageable, or hopeless. Feelings get suppressed, and over time this can show up in many ways — depression, headaches, chronic pain, disease, and emotional strain.

From my own journey, I know that healing is possible. BCST supports the body’s inherent intelligence and helps release stuck patterns, emotional residue, tension, stress, and pain as the system is ready.

How I Work

Sessions are fully clothed and generally last about an hour. You will lie comfortably on a massage table with pillows or a throw as needed. I take time to connect with your system, and from there the work begins. Your body leads the process in its own intelligent way.

Each person is a unique expression of Life Force with their own story. There is no set timeline. I often suggest 3–5 sessions to help you sense whether this work is right for you.

I meet your system exactly where it is. Together, we support your movement toward greater balance and well‑being.
